Fees

Fee invoicing terms are agreed to with the client prior to undertaking assignments; a fees agreement is signed (enclosed in appendix).

The possible invoicing terms are the following:

  • Time spent: an hourly rate defined at the start of our assignment according to the file's complexity; monthly invoices are issued in accordance with the terms specified in the fees agreement.
  • Or
  • Fixed amount
  • Or
  • Fixed amount + fee according to results expressed as a percentage of amounts collected by the client.

A prior quote of estimated fees and costs is drawn up on request.
